Our Work
Concrete apron to a pole barn. As you can see in the background it is a wooded lot so the tree sap is everywhere. The concrete is fairly new so it's important to get it washed on a regular basis to keep it looking nice and not creating a permanent stain imbedded in the concrete.
We apply a solution and use a low pressure rinse to kill and remove any and all organics from your siding
A few pictures from last year of a large condominium association job with 107 residences and garages that we completed in less than 2 weeks
We always wet down before and after any grass or plants in the area to keep from damaging anything. In some cases we would use a plant protectant solution for delicate plants just for a precaution
Removing the mold that lives off some of the moisture in your siding will prolong the lifespan of your siding and help to keep your siding from getting dry and brittle
Never use just high pressure to remove dirt and mold from your siding, you may remove the oxidation from the siding and possibly cause striping or what i call zoro marks down your siding
We also clean decks or fences prior to paint or staining
Let us help you with all your pressure washing needs
